I love fall. Don't get me wrong, I am sure the other three seasons are important in their own little way, but I would be fine if it was always fall.
Pumpkin, turkey, family, leaves falling. And my all time favorite, cooler weather. It may take some time here in Texas, but we will get there :)
I wanted to celebrate the first day of fall with the boys, so we made applesauce. It is SO easy!
Not a pretty picture though...
Cut up a few apples, with a little water, dash of cinnamon, drizzle of honey, and simmer till soft (did you like my exact measurements?) YUM!
