New Project

So after my organizational challenge, I am needing a new one. So since my first two kids had average nurseries at best, I am going to try to go a little more all out for this next little guy. I will try and post pics as I go :)

Getaway to Austin :)

Blaine and I just got back from a 24 hour trip to Austin...FIRST time away from both kids together ever. Not sure how this happened. We both at separate times have left the kids, but somehow have not taken a weekend to be just us in FIVE years, I think it was time. And now that we know how great, easy and needed it was, it just might start happening a lot more often, so who wants to watch the kids next? :) My cousin Rachel watched them, and we hit up the city!

Here is one pic now, and I will post more later!

What's been going on...

I truly have had good intentions of starting another challenge or project, but it has been a rough few weeks around here. The boys (hubby and the little guys), were sick with the flu for over a week, I was a little burnt out from cleaning after my challenge, I am starting to feel REALLY pregnant (just hit 28 weeks) and exhausted, as well as sciatic pain that makes me want to scream, and that wonderful "pressure" you get when you are pregnant, as well, just have way too much to do.

All that to say, here are a few pics of what has been going on, some are the pathetic ones of my sickies, and then I am starting a new project. You will have to wait a few days to see what it is :)

YUCK!

The three men in my life have had the flu, BAD, the last few days, so needless to say, I have not gotten any organizing, cleaning, or actually much showering in either :P I hope to jump back on the train soon.

I did read this beautiful quote tonight that really is a great way to look at pregnancy...

"If I had my life to live over, instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished ever moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle." (Irma Bombeck)
