This is just the story of an every day mom, doing every day life. I might try and make, bake or create a few things along the way, since I like a good challenge. Oh and my kids will pop up a lot, just cause that is the best part about being a mom :)

Thoughts tonight...
I have been thinking a lot today, and not even sure why I am writing this, but hey, maybe someone will read it. Here are some things I was thinking about that just don't make sense to me (in my very opinionated brain)...
-How we can say that abortion is ok, it's just a fetus, but then have some people trying to save the rats?
-How pregnant moms are not supposed to eat fish with mercury, eat lunch-meat with nitrates or drink alcohol, but they need to get the swine flu vaccine, full of who knows what?
-How the people you love the most we treat like crap, and the ones we don't even know get our best manners, best meals, a clean house when they visit, etc?
-How you are supposed to space out a new babies' solid foods with a new food each four days to prevent and check for allergies, but they get tons of shots all at once and that is ok?
-How we like to pretend that everything is ok and look good to the people around us, instead of being honest and real about our hurts, feelings, and pain?
-How people will spend months researching cars, houses, a new tv, but take two seconds to make a decision like which president to vote for, or what type of birth they want, or a pill to take that their doctor prescribes?
-How people would rather live an "easy" life here on earth, than have an eternity with Christ in Heaven?
I just don't get these things...thoughts welcome :)

What is going on lately...in list format :)
Noah started his first day of Mother's Day out...too cute, and he was talking about it all last night! I will let you know how he liked it!
Between the two boys, I was up over ten times last night...so it is OFFICIALLY time to let our boys cry, and cry a lot. I am usually very against it, but have realized that if we do not do something, I am going to pull all my hair out and never get out of my pjs. So this week, I am turning off my phone, getting off the internet and focusing on getting them both sleeping. Happy and rested mom=happy and rested kids, enough said.
We went and visited Ty and Aimee and we had a blast :)
Hudson had his first "scoot" but I won't call it crawling quite yet!
We are trying to get more healthy and organic, but wow it is more expensive, but really it is ok. I think I will just sacrifice other things!
That is a few things going on, more to come later!
