It's been awhile

I am not sure how time goes by so fast before I remember to write down what has been going on. My days and nights still seem to run together just a little bit, and I don't have much time to sit down at the computer much, but I am visiting Blaine's parents for the moment and both boys are asleep! So with nothing to clean, cook, or do, I get to sit down and write for a bit :)

What a nice few weeks it has been. Noah went and spent a week with Ella and Terry, and I got to spend so much needed alone with with Hudson. It is amazing how much easier being alone with an infant is after you have had a toddler for two years! Not that I did not miss Noah like CRAZY, but I did NOT miss picking up toys every five seconds :)

Being back here with Noah after not seeing him for a bit, has made me realize how hard motherhood is. Well, maybe I should not make a generalization, as I seem to have friends that are always together and it is easy (I wanna know the secret), but it is VERY hard for me. Not even in a bad way, just that it really stretches me, and causes me to live on my face before Jesus-which I would never change. I guess just the way that you are needed 24/7 as a mom, can get draining, but then again, don't we need God that much, and He never tires of us?

Oh, and on a fun note, here are a few pics of Noah that the in-laws took when he was here...seemed pretty happy without me :P and then some since we got here!
